Mr. Chang has nearly 30 years of banking experience in ship financing, corporate banking, trade finance, project finance, and structured finance for diversified industries in the Asia Pacific region. He has worked in Shanghai, Taipei and Hong Kong during his banking career. Before joining HSH Nordbank, he was managing the ship financing business in North Asia for DVB Bank.
In addition to managing two ship financing teams in Hong Kong and Singapore, Mr. Chang is also managing the representative office of HSH Nordbank AG in Hong Kong.
He holds a MBA (Marketing) degree.
