Jörg Beiler

Mr. Beiler has been DNV Area Chair and Regional Manager Maritime for Greater China since Oct 1st 2008. In this capacity, he is responsible for DNV’s maritime activities in Greater China where DNV operates across 36 offices in 20 cities, with 900 employees.
Prior to current position, Mr. Beiler was Country Chair of DNV Germany and Regional Manger of DNV Maritime Northern Europe and Africa. Before that, he had served in different units and carried out various functions and posts in Germany, Korea and Norway respectively.
Mr. Beiler has been in the maritime industry for more than 20 years. He started his career in the industry as a Naval Architect at a German shipyard. He then joined DNV Germany in 1989.
