Torger Reve currently holds the Wilh. Wilhelmsen Professor Chair in Strategy and Industrial Competitiveness at BI Norwegian School of Management, Oslo where he also heads BIs Centre for Maritime Competitiveness.
Torger Reve has served as President at BI Norwegian School of Management for 8 years, and he has been CEO of the Foundation for Research in Economics and Business (SNF) and Professor at Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH), Bergen. His Ph.D. is from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, USA, and he has been visiting researcher at Stanford University and University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill, USA, Hitotsubashi University Tokyo, Fudan University, Shanghai and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
He holds several corporate board positions, and he is a member of Maritime R&D Advisory Panel, Maritime and Port Authorities of Singapore.
