Nikhil Jain works as Assistance Research Manager with London based Drewry Maritime Consultants. He oversees the quality of research and productivity of bulk shipping teams (namely gas, tankers and dry bulk) at Drewry. He is also the Editor of the Drewry Tanker Forecaster report and Drewry Shipping Insight. He had joined Drewry in April 2006 as part of the research team, specializing in Oil and Tanker Shipping. Since then he has been working on various consultancy assignments and Drewry Tanker reports, which give in-depth analyses of the market and provide medium-term and long-term forecasts. He holds a first class Masters degree in Organic Chemistry from the prestigious St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi.
