Oslo Shipping Forum 2007

More than 250 participants took an active part in The Oslo Shipping Forum 2007, challenging the speakers and stimulating lively debate. The event received wide coverage in the Norwegian business press and was covered exclusively by TradeWinds TV.

Designed and produced for shipping CEO's from listed and private shipping companies, brokers, key investors in shipping, regulators, bankers and entrepreneurs, the Oslo Shipping Forum 2007 has become a regular fixture in the Norwegian shipping calendar. Delegates heard at first hand from the growing maritime clusters of Singapore, Denmark and Greece, and had the opportunity to question the Norwegian government's strategy for shipping. After lunch, Morten Arntzen, CEO of OSG provided the equity analysts in the audience with some thoughts to take away and consider.

The discussions continued, even after the Forum had concluded, at a delightful cocktail reception in the famous Mirror Room of the Grand Hotel, graciously hosted by SEB Enskilda.
